Our Weekends

We enjoy our weekends so much because we all get to be together...During the week Shane is busy with our family business Rp field services that covers 5 states and has over 100 field reps... He is also busy and excited about his company Hyperion that he started several months ago that deals with investment properties and the buying and selling of them...On top of all of that he works out 2 hours everyday so we see Him on the weekday's usually around bedtime :) LOL and if we are lucky we get to eat dinner together..... so maybe 2 hrs of family time if we are lucky that is.. WOW!.....Our weekends are our family time and mean so much to us....We love it!

Last Weekend We:
* Celebrated Memaw Stone's 75h Birthday with the Stone Family at Long Horn...My Girls didn't get to come because they enjoyed their time at Praise Bash a Children's Church Retreat with several churches involved...After my men and I got home, I pulled out Hayden's transformers and we had a blast playing with them, but missed our little ladies! :)




We took Hayden to Toy's R Us and the mall Saturday and bought him some of the new small transformers that came out....
He screamed until we opened up the toys :) HEHEHEHE


Most weekends; we have been getting a babysitter for Hayden and taking the girls for dinner and a movie....This past Saturday, we took the girls to see Night at the Museum and for dinner/dessert at the melting pot! They are big fans of the melting pot :)! Who isn't?



Our Sunday's are so nice...Not being in the ministry has been hard for us, but so nice as well..We had been going strong in full time ministry for 10 years and sacrificed a lot of family time...It is so nice to take our time, not feel rushed on sunday mornings and I love love love sitting with my man at church...Sunday nights are so relaxing and enjoyable...We just enjoy being together for the most part and hanging out at home! Enjoying our family and being thankful for the many blessing that God has poured out on us...All of which we don't deserve, but we are so grateful for....

Stone Movie Reviews March thru May

IF you didn't know already our family is movie crazy....We have also become workout crazy too, but that is another blog....Last year I posted movies we watched during the spring and summer and what our thought overall was....I am sure you could careless, but Here goes anyway LOL

Night at the Museum 2

This was really good...It wasn't as funny as I thought it would be, but for sure had some cute parts and little tidbits of history that was good i thought...Other than that I think it should have been more of a rental movie than go to the movies and see..

Terminator Salvation

Ok So This was REALLY GOOD and I loved the actor's....For the most part it kinda helps to have watched the other movies, but it is still easy to follow......It is NOT a movie for little kids we didn't even think about taking Grace! Hannah and Her friends Loved it, and surprisingly understood the plot...
Star Trek

WOW what an amazing movie...I used to HATE Star Trek until shane and i got married and in the first week of marriage shane introduced me to the star trek world...I have seen ever movie yes ALL of them...This one is my favorite! LOVE IT!
Wolverine

We took the girls to see this one..They LOVE superhero movies especially xmen and marvel comic hero's...Me, hannah and gracie were all tense in this movie as wolverine beat up the bad guys over and over...AWESOME! we were cheering the wolverine on :)!
Hannah Montana "THE MOVIE"

If you have girls in your house this is the best movie to take them to see or rent when it comes out...I cried..Yes I know I was made fun of, but it was really good and had a great story line and message.....Hayden was so glad he was little didn't have to go to see "stupid"hannah montana LOL NOT a movie for boys!
Jonas Brother 3d Concert

Another movie event that most boys would cringe at LOL, but make girls cheer and giggle and scream with delight...LOL

My Lil Fish!

Hayden Has NEVER been swimming and today before a very nasty storm when the sun was shining bright I played with him in the kiddie pool that has the coolest mushroom waterfall..It was so much fun...The girls had a blast as well! We only got to play for 30 min, but this is hayden resting! :) I have also added Hayden's Favorite song besides barney and elmo of course...ENJOY!!!

Memorial Day Weekend

We Had a wonderful weekend...Very Relaxing and peaceful....

*Friday Night We ate dinner with Meme and Popee at the Red Robin...Shane and I work out like two crazy people so we splurge every now and then :)! Treat ourself to the light freckled lemonades and child's size cheeseburgers from our favorite burger joint the "Red Robin"
*Saturday Our Girls had friends over to spend the night..We got a babysitter and head out to see terminator...
*Sunday was church as usual and both our girls spent the night with buddies so me, shane and hayden hung out...I enjoyed a trip to the pelham road walmart! so nice!
*Monday we enjoyed our day by having a cook out, relaxing by the pool and playing rock band 2 with our family jimmie, dana and trey...

Fight Like A Girl!

Every other week or so I get together for lunch with 5 beautiful Ladies that I had the honor of meeting because of ridge pointe....These girls have become dear to me and I am so thankful for them! One of them is dealing with having to get chemo and breast cancer right now, but she is a super hero and inspires me :)!....Anyway I just wanted to give a shout out to my cinco girls from spartanburg county who I appreciate dearly...Here are some pics from our lunch...we sported our fight like a girl shirts...:) We missed two of the girls and they aren't in these pics, but we'll get them next time HEHEHEHE, I look forward to our next lunch and our time to just laugh and enjoy being together and watching our friendship's grow! I am amazing, beautiful, funny and loving....I am a child of God, a wife and a mother...I am a daughter.I am an adopted child and I am thankful for that..I am passionate, I am creative....I am a sister...I am a friend...I am a woman...I am a lady a princess and I am sweet...I am blessed in every way and not afraid to shout if from the rooftops...Thank you Jesus for your blessings...If i have much or nothing I am blessed beyond words in any situation....I am crazy, silly, forgetful and clumsey ;)....I love deep and hurt deep...I love to smile, but hide my hurt sometimes behind my laugh..I am sad, lonely, scared and insecure, but calmed by the Grace of God and his Son's love for me.....I am forgiving and forgiven and thank Jesus because I am a failure and I fall down all the time...I am not perfect (DUH) I sin a lot, but give it to Jesus daily! I am thankful, I am audacious, I am loud and sometimes angry....I am always learning....I am happy and I know it :).....oh yeah and I am in LOVE with my shane and my 3 beautiful children Jesus has graciously placed in mine and shane's care....I am inspired :)


what do I love?

I Love seeing people's life changed for the cause of Christ! SO AWESOME! I love that one day I am going to see my family and friends in Heaven and my sweet Jesus....I love hugs, but often forget to give them...I love myself :), I love having 3 kids, I Love my husband and my 3 kids...I love giving to others in anyway that I possibly can, I love my family and friends, I love pedicures, whirlpool tubs, the tanning bed :), tropical vacations (even though i haven't had one yet) I love talking, watching movies at home and the theater....Playing with my baby boy...Shopping with my husband and girls...I love a good book...I LOVE to sing and can bring the music if you need me too :)holla LOL :), I love the warm sun on my face...I love flowers especially roses of many colors and daffadils. I love mustard greens :) and turnip greens and cornbread and sweet milk as my pawpaw used to do....I love chocolate and diet mtn dew....I love to cuddle with all four of my babies...I love to go, but love to be home....I love italy and paris....I love pictures, the mtn's, good food, I love learning, working out, meeting new people...driving with the windows down in the summer and the smell of cut grass....rolling down big hills :) then trying to walk afterward LOL so good! sand, ocean, pool's, i love a good crying spell that leads you into laughing and laughing until my belly hurts and I am crying...


What do I long for?

I long for Jesus and more of him always....I long for Heaven because this earth is not my home...I long to see those who have gone on home to be with Jesus...I long to have the Love of Jesus in my heart toward others and to focus on my own self, my mistakes and my downfalls than that of others...I figure that will keep me too busy to even worry about judging others...To come to the realization that We really don't fight against flesh and blood...
I long to be a better mother and a better wife...A better friend, daughter, sister....I long to allow the peace that surpasses all understand to infiltrate my life and the confidence to be myself in every situation and keep my head high because I know who I am! I long to be full of the Joy of the Lord....

My Mothers Day weekend

Friday
*took Hayden to his first year check up :) he was so cute...btw he weighs 28 lbs and is 31 1/2 inches long sooo I was a little off on the 30 lbs...not by much :) HEHEHE he got three shots poor baby!


*Ate lunch with my family from Atlanta
* Shane Got a sweet baby sitter for hayden (thanks Jenn) then we headed out with the girls to see "Star Trek" soooo good! Loved it!
*Shane surprised all three of his girls and took us to the melting pot! my girls LOVED it...I loved the chocolate :) It has been a couple of months since shane and I had a date there so i was soooo ready for some yummy melting pot
*Saturday...I slept in with all 3 kids..Shane is a workout crazy person so he went to workout :)! The kids and I headed to a fun birthday party...Then Shane, Me and the kids went out saturday night just to loaf around :)! We had a good time...If you take away me ripping part of my foot off at red robin LOL
*Sunday morning we went to AL and heard a good message on the "unknown lady" that came to Jesus about her daughter who had bad spirits...In mark 2...Sunday night the family all celebrated mothers day together..meme,popee and all 5 of us at NS where we enjoyed and were completely blessed to have the opprotunity to see two very well deserving single mothers be blessed...We saw the Gospel come alive and it was remarkable...I love our sunday nights and enjoyed sharing with meme and popee who loved it as well :)...We did our normal routine or what has become such of krystals then all visited with Memaw stone :)! She is too sweet :)! I just love her :)! Shane and I enjoyed our sunday night t.v. d.h and celebrity apprentice...LOL joan rivers is awesome that is all i am sayin LOL...anyway c.a is over and d.h has one more episode so i guess we are going to have to record movies and watch them now on sunday's after church :)! LOL

So that was my mothers day weekend! pretty good! Oh yeah and My sweet man hooked me up with 2 dozen rozes and put them in the vase for me :) Love him!

My Baby's First Birthday

I can't believe that Hayden is one...WOW, where does the time go? i just don't know!

We have been going with some friends after church on wednesday nights to la fagota and I brought a cookie cake to celebrate with them :)




On Hayden's actually birthday we had 17 family members come and celebrate with us here at our home...He was too cute :)! I enjoyed the time with family and celebrating my lil man with them :)!!!!
