A Trip to the Apple Farm

This weekend has been wonderful....I wish every weekend started on Thursday :-)....The kids were out of school for Thursday and Friday for fall break...We stayed home and I must say that it has been nice....Thursday, the kids and I enjoyed the ever so sweet Bagwell/Stone playdate teehee :-) and then later we met up again for dinner with our husbands/babies daddies in tact.....Our friendship has been through a lot over the past 3 years, but we have made it through the storms.....I thank God for them and for the family bond, trust and love that we have had for all these years even while we were apart it still kept us woven somehow and brought us back even stronger and better than before......
Friday, the kids and I enjoyed playing games together, building our haunted house; then our precious friends the Davis's came over to teach us how to play a game of hearts! :) HAHAHHAAHA we are addicted now! It's official!
Today (Saturday), we took the kids to a flea market...It was awful and we will never go back to that one, but it made us appreciate the Barnyard Flea Market in Greer :-)....We enjoyed yummy Cracker Barrell for lunch and a trip to the Nivens apple farm...We enjoyed the corn maze, hayride, we cut our family pumpkin from their pumpkin patch, enjoyed panning for jewels and fossils, got to see some farm animals and bought some yummy apples..We had a blast!....

Tonight we spent some time with our sweet buddies the Sloan's....We had a great time with them....Of course we introduced them to hearts! TEEHEEHEEE...See I told you we were addicted...All thanks to JJ and Malia! HAHAHAHAHA :)....
All in all we had a wonderful and amazing weekend that is actually not even over, but all the same it has been amazing; spending quailty time with our children and also enjoying time with our dear friends has made it even better!

I love looking at all the pics you guys post. You & Shane are wonderful parents, always going & doing such fun things. The quality time you spend with your kids, they will remember forever. Your children are fortunate to have Godly parents to bring them up, also. I love all of you. God bless you & have a good week. Marion Birch
